With fit-for-purpose processes and metrics in place, Brand Owners can realise the full potential of their media investments and assets in all media channels, audience segments and business sectors. At Media Sense we are passionate about helping our clients to re-purpose current approaches and transition to new performance metrics, which redress the typical focus on Inputs as opposed to Outputs.
Relationship Management. Media Sense believes that Brand Owners should invest time and resource in proactively managing and optimising their agency relationships, rather than seeking new ones which is time consuming and expensive. To achieve this, we work with clients and their agencies to ensure they have the requisite processes, behaviours and metrics in place to deliver consistently great work. However, when a new relationship is absolutely necessary, MediaSense will support and/or manage a rigorous end-to-end change process for clients.
