Simon is a leading specialist in the fields of digital and direct communications planning. He brings to MediaSense a unique combination of experience from both the on line and off line worlds.
He developed this valuable perspective in the digital area as Communications Planning Director at Initiative Media and European Interactive Media Director at FCB: in the analogue world Simon was a Board Director of PHD, a founder Managing Partner at MindShare and Head of Integrated Media at Ogilvy & Mather.
Simon’s work has been recognised in industry awards including an IDM Business Performance Award (Silver) and as a finalist in the Marketing Society Awards (Best use of Insight).

SARAH BUSSEY

Sarah has over 20 years experience in the media industry. She runs her own planning consultancy and works with a diverse client base that currently includes brand owners, agencies and the IPA. Prior to this she worked at the Saatchi Group and OMD. At OMD she was Head of Strategic Planning from 2001 -2004.
STEPHEN HAQ
Associate
Stephen has 22 years experience in Business Intelligence and Systems Development within the advertising and media sectors.
At NTC Publications (now WARC) he was responsible for Admap, The Advertising Statistics Yearbook and at Emap Media he was Development Director for BRAD and other online products.
Within the media agencies, Stephen focussed on systems and process developing the first Global Reporting System for Carat. At Mindshare he was Director of Data Management and more recently, he was Managing Director of a software development business which has produced a number of innovative software solutions for government and business.
MARTIN HEMPEL
Associate
Martin designs evaluation and analysis systems that enable clients to automate complex processes and to focus on analysis and added value. He is an advocate of real world solutions that empower users.
Martin has worked at Zenith Media, LWT and De Saulles Associates where he developed an innovative media evaluation system. More recently he worked for EMM, an independent media auditor where he developed bespoke systems for clients such as Disney, Honda and Visa.
In 2008 he launched his own company, specialising in IT solutions for media companies, including management summary and dashboard tools.
