Aprais measures and benchmarks the business relationship between brand owners and multiple marketing communications partners. The 360 system is structured around face to face set up and feedback facilitation, and on-line relationship scoring and data collection. Such structured relationship management facilitates transparent and consistent management of agencies, tracks relationship performance over time and improves team commitment and motivation. Very importantly, it creates a forum for solving issues and ultimately avoiding expensive agency pitches.
To compliment this Aprais partnership, Media Sense has developed a set of integrated processes to ensure service value is optimized at every touch-point in the client/media agency relationship. They revolve around three areas: our Organisational Audit ensures agency resources and fees are aligned with client expectations and budgets. Where clients are working with several communications partners, our Engagement Mapping process defines roles, responsibilities and relationships to ensure all stakeholders know who works with whom, when and where. Finally, our Process Review assesses the robustness and application of client/agency management systems, tools and processes to identify blockers and enablers to operational efficiency and effectiveness.
