Situation : Our client was bidding to be a major research services provider for a global sporting event. 

MediaSense took on the task of authoring the organisation’s tender proposal. This was a major endeavour, as the organisation had never before pulled together its array of research services into a single, unifying research vision.

We worked with business unit MDs to define the proposition, polled employees across the organisation for relevant opinions and insights, and worked closely with graphic designers to ensure the text and visuals of the final proposal worked in harmony.  

Outcome : The research group was awarded the contract in the face of stiff  competition, and the tender is now the best-practice template for ongoing research proposals.
