UK Agency Consolidation
Situation: A major financial services organisation was seeking to appoint a single agency to all its offline and online planning and buying needs. Media Sense won the assignment to manage the UK pitch, alongside marketing and purchasing teams.
Media Sense worked extremely closely with senior management to design and implement an intensive and extremely rigorous process covering a six month period.
To assess overall agency ability, Media Sense developed “CCC” (Capabilities; Chemistry; Credentials) meetings with all four agencies. Media buying exercises were designed to be granular and challenging, leaving no stone unturned in the search for best value.
Outcome: The pitch was concluded on time, realized major savings, and delivered an agency solution which exceeded expectations of all stakeholders.
